Warrant Enforcement Unit Officer

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. The Warrant Enforcement Unit Officer (Admin & Billing) will perform core function in the Warrant Enforcement Unit. The jobholder will assist with general administrative, finance duties and warrant billing duties at Central Division. You will be placed under the management Executive Scheme
Responsibilities- Preparation of Warrant Billing: To assist in preparation of warrant billing duties, including extraction of warrant data from warrant system and preparation and billing of stakeholders for warrant enforcement fees. Liaise with stakeholders for issues relating to warrant billing: Administration & Finance Department (Police Headquarters), Law Enforcement Agencies, Town Councils, Law Firms.
- General Administrative and Registry Duties: Oversight of files managed by General Office (File Creation, Movement and Closure); issue public event/public talk permits; review all 'A' Div invoices and reconciliation of PUBBS bills; monitor Corporate GRAB account for the Division.
- Any other duties as delegated by Head Operations.
- Having prior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint); financial processing and administrative work would be an asset.
- Possess time management skills.
- Proactive, meticulous, keen to learn new things.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team.
