Overview Job Description & Requirements Qualifications Professional Cert, Diploma or Degree in relevant fields Able to work in a fast-paced environment, is dynamic and adaptive Possess the right attitude, has passion to serve The position offers an enriching experience with good career progression Responsibilities Reporting directly to Production Planner / Head of Production, you shall be responsible to: Support overall production operation, production planning and delivery schedule. Improve entire company production processes. Perform programming, setup and debug of equipment e.g. stencil, screen printers, solder paste machine, reflow oven, xray machine, BGA rework station, etc. Ensure all goods meet quality expectations and on-time-delivery (OTD). Maintain Production SOPs, BOM, Program list and other maintenance records, etc. Ensure high efficiency in the machines’ operation (function within machine’s recommended operating parameters) and production processes including but not limited to adhesive/ staking (paste management), profiling, etc. Work closely with Quality and other stakeholders to conduct product inspections and failure analysis, develop and implement production methods, version control and practice Industrial Process Quality Control (IPQC) standards to achieve total customer’s satisfaction. Troubleshoot, evaluate and resolve production-related problems, recommend measures and implement improvements related to the production process, equipment performance and product quality. Work closely with Quality to ensure key tools are calibrated. Perform engineering testing and troubleshoot. Ensure proper documentation on drawings and revisions. Ensure safety compliance and upkeep of cleanliness in production areas / assigned work – stations through daily housekeeping. Share knowledge and coach new technician and to train up at least one assistant. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior, e.g. practice daily 5S housekeeping, proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling procedures, temperature taking of environment, fridge and dry box, X-ray, participate in special projects, conduct IPC training, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
