Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability, and defect-free manufacturing. Typically performs the following tasks, either independently or as a manager:

  1. Responsible for developing process flows and recipes to meet product specifications.
  2. Ensure methods and processes are in place to test devices and structures.
  3. Develop and implement methods for process control and inspection.
  4. Analyze reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing.
  6. Perform activities safely, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
  7. Collaborate on other projects and assignments as needed.

Introduction

This position focuses on BCD/Analog device design and process development, requiring a solid understanding of BCD fundamentals. The candidate will lead design rule definition, test structure design, device development, DOE, and characterization.

Your Job
  • Lead BCD/Analog device design and define design rules with support teams.
  • Design DOE for process and device tuning.
  • Support customer technical communication.
  • Manage design rule & EP documentation.
  • Coordinate SPICE/PDK development with support teams.
  • Ensure timely response to customer requests.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform all activities safely and support all EHS & Security requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (4 years with PhD) in technology development, device design, debugging, and process integration.
  • Knowledge of device physics is essential.
  • Effective communication skills; fluency in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in BCD device design.
