Trading Application Support

Our client (an elite buyside trading firm) is hiring for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their Singapore office. You will be responsible for supporting all systems and applications used across their APAC offices, covering front-to-back operations including Trade Capture, Middle & Back Office processes, Static and Market Data, Risk, and PnL systems.
This role requires confidence in engaging with traders and middle office users across multiple asset classes (Rates, FX, Credit, Equities), with a solid understanding of trade flows, static data, market data, and how these integrate with Risk and PnL platforms.
Responsibilities- Onboard users (application setup, permissions), provide training, and serve as the primary point of contact for all local system and application queries — from technical tasks to complex business issues.
- Collaborate with development teams and global support counterparts to resolve issues, communicate user needs, and drive platform improvements.
- Strong experience working on Windows or Linux OS
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Java or C#
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors degree or relevant industry experience
