Executive, Learning & Development | In-house Training
Select Group is looking for someone who is passionate about the F&B business to join our HR team as we expand our business.
This candidate will be assisting the Learning & Development (L&D) team with facilitating and coordinating the learning and development plans and administrative works of the L&D department.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinating the collation of Training Needs Analysis
- Assisting in the development of Employee Career Pathways
- Liaising with Training Providers on training schedule and arrangements
- Generating L&D progress reports and tracking
- Keeping accurate records of Training Attendance and Training Records
- Working with relevant authorities to administer Training Grants/Claims
- Monitoring training schedules and Training room bookings
- Assisting L&D Team in giving Training support
- Assisting L&D Audits and Training documentation matters
- Performing Training-related duties at the Administrative level
- Assisting the Talent team in Employee Engagement Activities as required
- Any other duties as may be assigned
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management or other relevant courses
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Good Team player
- Candidates with WSQ ACTA / ACLP certification will have an added advantage
