Lead Our Expansion Across Southeast Asia

Aventis Graduate School is looking for a driven and strategic Country Manager to lead our regional expansion across Southeast Asia . This is a senior leadership role ideal for a highly motivated individual with deep experience in education, business development, and international market growth.

You will be responsible for spearheading student recruitment, forging institutional partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing Aventis’ brand presence across key ASEAN markets.

Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Recruitment
  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia for postgraduate and executive education programmes
  • Identify and activate new markets, education trends, and growth opportunities
  • Represent Aventis at education fairs, industry events, and strategic partner engagements
Partnerships & Institutional Collaboration
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, corporate clients, education agents, and government agencies
  • Negotiate articulation, dual-degree, or franchise agreements to expand market presence
  • Ensure that programme offerings are aligned with local needs and workforce trends
Compliance & Operations
  • Ensure compliance with education and advertising regulations in each country
  • Establish and manage local operational structures or offices, where needed
  • Provide performance and market analysis reports to HQ in Singapore
Marketing & Brand Development
  • Localise and roll out marketing campaigns in collaboration with Aventis’ HQ marketing team
  • Strengthen brand awareness through digital platforms, alumni engagement, and media outreach
  • Lead info sessions, webinars, and preview events to drive visibility and enrolments
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, or business development in the ASEAN region
  • Strong network in the education ecosystem of Southeast Asia
  • Proven track record of market expansion and cross-border operations
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently across multiple markets
  • Willing to travel extensively across the region
