Domain Ownership : Contribute to the overall SAP solutions strategy, including ABAP development, basis, portal, authorization, and integration (SAP and non-SAP) within the Singtel group (Singtel / NCS / Optus). The candidate should have the capability to adopt new technologies like iValua and CCH Tagetik.

The candidate must possess the vision and hands-on experience to formalize, standardize, govern, and evolve design standards across SAP and non-SAP technologies to deliver efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

The candidate is expected to define and enforce development standards, basis administration policies, authorization setups, governance, portal, interface standards, and integration policies, along with evaluating the fit of common COTS applications.

Supporting multiple SAP and non-SAP teams, the candidate plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of best-fit technical solutions.

Project Delivery : Responsible for designing and delivering SAP technical solutions within the Singtel group. Review technical requirements and ensure timely, defect-free project execution.

Team Management : Manage a global Application Managed Support team, ensuring efficient collaboration between inhouse and outsource teams.

Operational Excellence : Ensure timely delivery of SAP development, authorization, and integration changes within SLAs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Domain Ownership : Collaborate with functional teams to develop a technology landscape roadmap that adds value and efficiency.

Project Delivery : Support project delivery with appropriate resources and expertise, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and below budget.

Team Management : Build and maintain a highly effective, geographically dispersed team, replacing poor performers promptly.

Operational Excellence : Maintain systems and services according to SLAs and continuously seek improvement initiatives.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or IT, with over 6 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP/FIORI/HANA Development and SAP PI/PO/CPI.
  • At least 6 years of experience with consulting companies as a technical SAP development and integration specialist, with involvement in at least 3 major projects.
