On behalf of a Private Real Estate Funds Management firm, we are assisting them to a Finance Manager to bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to support the organization’s financial health and growth. Responsibilities Lead financial and management reporting for real estate portfolios across ASEAN and ANZ, managed group consolidation and monthly reporting across various regions, and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders for financial data. Prepare consolidated budgets and forecasts, provide financial analysis for strategic planning, ensure compliance with internal controls, external audits, and statutory regulations, and manage tax provisions and submissions, evaluate legal agreements, and handle debt financing, hedging, and compliance activities. Adept at identifying process gaps, improving internal controls, and driving system enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with over 10 years of relevant experience. Strong and confident communicator and problem solver with good analytical skillset. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and be meticulous, detailed, organized, and a collaborative team player.
