Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief of Staff / Founders Office at KNOW. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, working closely with Krish (Founder), managing special strategic and tactical initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

A Bit About You
  • About 3 years of professional experience in management consulting
  • Ability to work in ambiguity in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setup
  • Agility is critical since this role will require becoming involved in various and diverse tasks. Requires a person who is flexible and open-minded.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented - can create order and structure in anything
  • Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Extreme high integrity - trust is a big part of this job
  • Ability to conduct desk-based and in-person research
  • Can put together slide decks and presentations
  • A self-starter, who is resourceful and able to drive actions
  • Strong sense of ownership and take pride in your work
A Bit About Your New Job
  • This is an on-site role based in Singapore (or Florida/Dallas). You must have work authorization in either place - unfortunately we are unable to sponsor work visas
  • You will work very closely with the CEO directly and our other global colleagues
  • Put together strategic plans using research, data gathering, and internal priorities for growth
  • Work with the CEO in building investor presentations, sales pitch decks and research to support external relations
  • Drive Partnerships - with other tech companies, ecosystem players etc.
  • Create and update weekly & monthly dashboards to track key marketing, sales, and financial metrics
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives such as trade shows and other in-person events/activities central to building brand and pipeline
  • In general, be the execution machine of the CEO to get stuff done, and as a result get a front row seat to scaling the company
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO
  • Various other initiatives as needed to support the growth of the company
