Your Tasks Define and execute the global strategic direction of the Business Unit in alignment with divisional leadership, identifying necessary transformation initiatives to drive growth and internationalization Lead global business lines and collaborate with regional I&I teams to leverage market opportunities and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives Advance and innovate the product & service portfolio, ensuring global compliance with quality standards and integrating industry trends and digital solutions Manage the full M&A lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to post-deal integration, ensuring strategic alignment, operational continuity, and long‑term value creation Own the Business Unit’s P&L, including budgeting and resource allocation, while driving digitalization and process optimization for operational excellence Build and lead a high‑performing international team, providing strategic guidance and mentoring to ensure successful execution of business objectives Collaborate with global/divisional functions (e.g., Digital Hub, GSM, S&I), representing the company internally and externally as a strategic role model Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with over 10 years of management experience; postgraduate studies in Business highly preferred Proven leadership experience in a comparable industry or sector, with a strong track record of driving growth and delivering results Strategic mindset and business acumen, combined with strong project management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with experience influencing strategic decisions at divisional level Financial literacy and budget management expertise, including full P&L responsibility and resource allocation Global team leadership experience, managing multicultural teams and collaborating with government and accreditation bodies across countries Fluency in German and English, with adaptability to dynamic environments and a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement We are committed to be an inclusive and diverse workplace by welcoming people of all backgrounds.
