Overview We are working with a global investment bank with an established presence across APAC and an excellent reputation in the Singapore market. Responsibilities Head of HR Governance & Operations: manage the effective implementation of HR policies and processes and ensure they are maintained in line with local regulation, legislation and global standards. Collaborate with HR leadership, business leaders and governance/compliance functions to advise on HR-related risk and compliance issues. Qualifications Strong technical expertise in HR compliance areas such as data privacy, regulatory requirements and employment law. Deep understanding of HR operations with the ability to demonstrate risk awareness and working knowledge of governance and controls.
