The Institutional Buy-Side Division is responsible for the growth of FactSet’s institutional asset management, asset owner, insurance, and hedge funds clients. We’re seeking a senior risk specialist leader to work with our Asia Pacific based specialty sales teams to drive growth of our multi-asset class risk solutions across the Asia Pacific region.

Regional Director – Risk

Region: Asia Pacific

Location (flexible): Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney

• Direct FactSet’s sales strategy for Risk & Quant within Asia Pacific by identifying growth opportunities and advancing how we position, sell, and monetize our risk solutions
• Partner with Specialist and Sales teams to present and demonstrate our Risk & Quant solutions to clients and prospects through a variety of mediums including virtual, in-person, or organized events
• Create and share thought leadership content externally. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting our clients. Function as an SME/thought leader for stakeholders internally and externally.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Risk & Quant decision makers within the APAC region, serving as a trusted advisor
• Develop inroads and foster partnerships with consulting firms to increase FactSet’s positioning within the industry
• Partner closely with Product Management to inform the development roadmap with built-for-purpose solutions that address the risk & quant workflow needs for clients and prospects across APAC

• Minimum 10+ years industry experience in Risk & Quant
• Demonstrated experience as a thought leader in Risk & Quant analytics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with clients and within FactSet.
• Strong track record of delivering on growth strategies
