Responsibilities

As APAC Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a robust, risk-based Compliance Program across APAC, including Australia, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and future markets. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and local affiliates to champion ethical behavior and ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.

  • Provide strategic guidance to local and regional leaders on compliance and ethics matters.
  • Deliver tailored training and communications that foster a culture of integrity.
  • Advise on business activities including interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), events, donations, and third-party due diligence.
  • Support internal investigations and audit activities.
  • Manage operational compliance processes, including grants, transparency reporting, and anti-corruption initiatives.
  • Act as a regional ambassador for compliance - collaborative, proactive, and respected.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance within the healthcare or life sciences sector, preferably across multiple APAC markets.
  • Strong knowledge of regional and international healthcare laws and anti-bribery/anti-corruption legislation (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, POBO, IFPMA, etc.).
  • Proven track record in building and sustaining a strong compliance culture.
  • University degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal).
  • Deep understanding of APAC markets including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China.

What You Bring

  • A high level of ethics and integrity - you lead by example.
  • A positive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Start-up mindset - adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Business acumen and the ability to balance compliance with enabling business strategy.
  • Curiosity, continuous learning, and a team-first attitude.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a mission-driven company bringing critical treatments to underserved patients.
  • Make a real impact in a fast-growing, dynamic region.
