Interesting opportunity for a software engineer with at least 5 years of experience in developing software solutions in semiconductor equipment industry or related hardware control technical discipline, to join a product engineering development and global product support team of a global company based in Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or engineering, or related technical discipline with 5 to 8 years of experience in developing software solutions in semiconductor equipment industry or related hardware control technical discipline. Prior experience in multiple system control and software architecture advantageous
  • Experience in C/C++, JavaScript/C# Programming and good understanding of object-oriented languages
  • Experience in Linux Programming experience essential, scripting, Make/CMake
  • Familiar with real-time operating system concepts and determinacy (RTOS), and have a good understanding of OOP concepts and modelling of the real-world systems
  • Proficient and understanding of multi-threading, inter-process communications, and asynchronous programming
  • Experience in developing distributed systems, understanding of TCP/IP, RPC framework
  • Experience in PLC programming and automation
  • Possess good energy and enthusiasm with positive, collaborative working style, and clear communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of general algorithms and data structures is a must
  • Ability to review electrical schematics
