Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support and maintenance services for semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers in wafer fabs, ensuring smooth installation, operation, and repair of critical manufacturing tools.

  • Installation, maintenance, trouble, and repair of equipment at the customer’s factory.
  • Deinstallation and relocation of wafer fab equipment.
  • Support customer on facilities construction (Electric, CDA, Gas system, Vacuum, Exhaust, Cooling water, etc.)
  • Receive technology transfer & technical training from the equipment manufacturer.
  • Give training & technical consulting to customers.
  • Support other departments to provide services to customers.
  • Perform in-house repair services of equipment and devices (Heater jackets, Vacuum valves, etc.)
  • Support logistic activities (Parts packing, Unpacking, Delivery)
  • Manage, usage & preserve all necessary tools & equipment.
  • Attend and report on all training courses assigned by the company.
  • Follow all policies & regulations of the company, as well as working safety policies.
  • Perform other tasks as appointed by the team leader and the Operation Manager.
  • Write and send reports (Service report, Repair report, Project daily reports, etc.) according to company policies and work procedures.
  • Perform and finish all tasks assigned by the team leader and the Department Manager
  • Support customers in troubleshooting & repair of tools as soon as possible to minimise tool-down time.
  • Protect all confidential information of the company and customers.
Work Condition
  • Place of work: Semiconductor wafer fab (Cleanroom, Sub-fab) and GTSS workshop
  • Work 5 days per week: 8.5 hours per day. Able to work OT (evening and weekend) when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Education: Engineer of Technical (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical) or related.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Semiconductor industry (Equipment, robots, etc.)
