
Director of Global Sales Operations

- The Director of Global Sales Operations will report to the Managing Director - Client Solutions and will be responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations function and bid management processes across all global regions within the organization. This strategic role will focus on driving global sales performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the preparation and submission of high-quality, competitive bids and proposals for design and build projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional departments to streamline operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure business growth.Global Client Solutions Strategy and Execution:- Develop and execute the global sales strategy in partnership with senior leadership, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in the design and build industry.- Lead strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals to empower sales teams to meet targets.Sales Process Optimization and Standardization:- Identify inefficiencies, standardize methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance global sales processes.- Implement best practices across all regions for a unified approach to sales operations.Sales Performance and Data Analytics:- Establish robust sales analytic frameworks.- Track key metrics like individual sales performance, pipeline management, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to provide leadership with insights and performance analysis.Sales Forecasting, Lead Generation, and Funnel Management:- Own the global sales forecasting process for accurate forecasting and identification of growth opportunities.- Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, analyze funnel performance, and address bottlenecks for improved conversion rates.- Conduct white space analysis to identify untapped markets and pipeline gaps, developing strategies to target high-potential opportunities.Training:- Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver programs and tools enhancing the skills and productivity of global sales teams.Sales Technology Management:- Evaluate, implement, and manage CRM systems and other sales-related technologies to drive efficiency and automation across all regions.Bid Management and Proposal Development:- Oversee the bid management process, ensuring high-quality bid preparation, review, and submission for design and build projects.- Drive standardization of bid processes for timely submission of competitive bids and track progress to maximize win rates.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives, collaborating on pricing strategies and promotional activities.Market and Competitive Intelligence:- Support teams with up-to-date market intelligence and competitor analysis to equip sales teams with industry trends for a competitive edge.Change Management:- Lead initiatives for process improvement and organizational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Global Team Leadership and Support:- Provide strategic direction to the global sales operations team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional needs, while supporting and guiding regional sales leaders.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, bidding, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.- Strong knowledge of global sales strategies, processes, and metrics.- Deep understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.- Proven ability to manage change and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.Benefits:- Join a dynamic, growing global brand in the interior design and furnishings industry.- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment impacting business growth directly.- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.- Opportunities for personal and professional growth.- Work alongside industry leaders in a culture valuing innovation and creative problem-solving.For more details, please visit our website:
