- As the Director of Investor Relations at Posha Vesh India Private Limited, a leading player in the fashion industry, your role will be crucial in fostering and strengthening relationships with investors and the financial community. You will be responsible for developing and executing an investor relations strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans. This position requires strategic communication skills to effectively convey the company's vision, performance, and potential to both current and prospective investors.Your key responsibilities will include preparing and presenting financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings releases in a timely and accurate manner. You will engage in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders in the financial community. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, finance, and legal teams, you will ensure consistent messaging and transparency in all investor communications.Moreover, you will coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to communicate the company's strategy, vision, and performance effectively. Acting as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, you will provide detailed and transparent responses to address their questions and concerns. Your insights from the investor community will be vital in shaping strategic decision-making processes within the organization.To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications, especially in a publicly traded or high-growth company, is required.
