Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Operations, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing daily deliverables with quality, following company policies regarding investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
  • Meeting service level agreements, escalating issues as needed.
  • Responding to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
  • Performing daily tasks with accuracy and quality.
  • Participating in team meetings, sharing information and supporting colleagues.
  • Supporting management in initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation.
  • Promoting MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients, Openness, and Honesty.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
  • Knowledge of Investor Services processes is an asset.
  • Client/customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
