Custody Product Development, MD - Client Adoption
  • The Product Development organization is seeking an experienced individual to lead the rollout and client adoption of various digitisation initiatives, ecosystem integrators, and Digital and Data tools across our Custody and Fund services client base. This role will play a vital part in transforming the client experience, digitizing client interactions, and driving adoption for State Street clients globally as part of our modernization strategy.You will collaborate with the Product team, Global Delivery (client services), and Technology to execute product development initiatives through a focused migration and adoption strategy for the existing client base worldwide.You are expected to have the depth and expertise to design, develop, and execute a plan to drive overall adoption of the offering for clients by utilizing a robust feedback loop and beta testing approach. This strategic leadership role combines product ownership, client engagement, and change leadership across internal and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include defining and driving the roadmap for various digitization, digital, and data products, translating client and business needs into product features and capabilities, partnering with different teams to ensure timely delivery, developing adoption strategies, building client journey maps, serving as the primary product interface for clients, and tracking adoption KPIs and client engagement metrics.You should possess strategic leadership skills, expertise in product development and lifecycle management, client-centric thinking, technology acumen, change management experience, excellent communication skills, collaborative influence abilities, strong analytical skills, and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, having professional qualifications, Agile experience, global level experience, and a background in asset servicing industry will be advantageous.The expected outcomes from this role include driving a change agenda, proactive input for product development roadmap, partnership with the project management office to drive governance, and managing a team of product development product owners.State Street is a leading custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company that has been helping clients safeguard and steward investments for over two centuries.
