Revenue Lead APAC – Aikido Security We’re looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial revenue leader to build Aikido’s presence across Asia. As the Revenue Lead APAC, you’ll run GTM experiments, develop partnerships, and work with our AE in Singapore to close customers and grow ARR in focus markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and ANZ. Responsibilities Build and scale Aikido across Asia: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea. Work with our AE in Singapore to close new customers and grow ARR. Identify, onboard, and grow partnerships and channels that accelerate reach. Adapt our GTM playbook to local markets (what works in Europe/US doesn’t always work in Asia). Run fast experiments across sales, marketing, and partnerships to find what scales. Keep an eye on competitors in-region and use that as input. Balance execution (closing deals) with strategy (laying the foundation for future hires). Requirements 7+ years in enterprise software sales or business development, with proven success in Asian markets. Track record of closing revenue in cloud, DevSecOps, or cybersecurity. A strong network in Asia, ideally at the executive and partner level. English is required. Proficiency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, …) is a big plus. Self‑starter, ownership‑driven, motivated by ARR and customer wins. Bonus if you bring experience or networks in Australia/New Zealand. Benefits High-impact position in a fast-growing company.
