In this role, you’ll also act as the **main point of contact** for collecting feedback from users and turning those insights into real, impactful improvements.### Key Responsibilities* Provide on-site IT support to Singapore office employees, including senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.* Deliver responsive, empathetic support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.* Install, configure, and troubleshoot **Windows operating systems**, **Microsoft 365 services**, and hardware devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals).* Support user issues in **Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server**, and other core Microsoft services.* Offer first-line support for **iOS/MacBook** environments when needed.* Conduct **new-employee onboarding sessions** in accordance with global processes.* Serve as the **primary IT contact** for the Singapore office and APAC region, coordinating with employees across time zones and the global IT team.* Gather user feedback to identify recurring issues, drive **continuous improvement**, and align local practices with global IT standards.* Assist with IT projects, policy enforcement, and other tasks that support business growth.### Qualifications* Open to **fresh graduates** with strong technical aptitude and a customer-first mindset.* Knowledge or experience with:+ Microsoft Windows system administration+ Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure+ iOS/MacBook or Linux support (advantage)* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication;
