Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator to join the APAC IT Infrastructure team, based in either Hong Kong or Singapore. The role involves managing enterprise storage projects, providing Level 3 operational support, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of storage environments across the APAC region.

Requirements :

  • Support and manage storage-related projects across APAC.
  • Provide Level 3 operational support for enterprise storage infrastructure.
  • Maintain configuration standards, design guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform storage resource allocations, migrations, and upgrades in compliance with internal processes.
  • Communicate and collaborate with APS, business, and IT production teams during project stages.
  • Support vulnerability management, baseline checks, and storage hardening.
  • Produce health-check, dashboard, and compliance reports as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise storage administration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of EMC PMAX/VMAX & ECS, Pure Storage, NetApp, Brocade switches, and CleverSafe.
  • Solid understanding of storage hardware, file systems, volume management, data migration, snapshots, replication, and connectivity technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with storage code upgrades and processes.
  • Proficiency in SAN, NAS, and Object Storage management at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  • Project management experience (3+ years) is an advantage.
