Responsible for the sales and marketing activities for medical products from raising purchase order to performing demonstration of equipment operation

Work with Business Unit Head to develop and execute sales strategy to build and maintain a robust sales order, achieve sales, and gross profit targets

Interact extensively with all existing and potential customers in identifying customer needs

Attend to sales enquiries, quotations, tender bids, securing orders, arranging equipment delivery and other duties relating to sales transaction

Plan and organise work to ensure timely follow up of leads and provide accurate responses to all customer inquiries

Work closely with in-house technical team and admin support to provide pre- and post-sales support

Work with admin support to ensure timely replenishment of consumable stock and no stock-out issue

Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Understanding and knowledge of the Singapore healthcare sector and its operating environment

Knowledge on the ISO 13485 Quality Manual and relevant Standard Operating Procedures

Understanding and knowledge of GeBIZ (government tender) and private tender processes and requirements

Skills in preparation of materials and presenting in small group settings (user demo and training, customer presentation)

Skills in negotiation with customers, principals, and suppliers on requirements

Skills in relating to and servicing the customers with a win-win mind set

Skills in managing the sales process, including sales proposal, costings, negotiation and closing the sales

Education & Experience:

Degree in Biomedical, Business or other related studies

Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the Healthcare industry
