We are seeking an experienced AMS Lead to manage Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) for multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects in the banking domain . The role will ensure CRM systems remain stable, high-performing, and aligned with business needs, while leading onshore/offshore teams and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AMS operations for Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring incident, request, and change resolution within SLAs.
  • Oversee system stability, health checks, and capacity planning.
  • Act as primary contact for business/IT stakeholders, managing reviews and performance reporting.
  • Lead and mentor onsite/offshore teams; coordinate with vendors and partners.
  • Drive service improvements, automation, and minor enhancements/CRs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in AMS leadership .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service) .
  • Experience in banking/financial services is required.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and AMS best practices .
  • Proven experience managing CRM integrations with core banking and third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

This is an initial 1-year FTC.
