We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Application Support Engineer to join a dynamic Singapore team. This role is pivotal in providing robust frontline support for our critical business applications, ensuring optimal performance and stability. The successful candidate will blend technical support with light development to resolve issues, perform maintenance, and implement enhancements, serving as a key technical resource within APAC region. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Execute platform maintenance, implement bug fixes, and manage small-scale enhancement projects to improve system reliability and user experience. Develop and optimize SQL scripts, and utilize C# and .NET for troubleshooting and minor development tasks within the Oracle environment. Collaborate closely with a local and global team of support and development staff to manage incidents, changes, and knowledge transfer. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in an application support or support engineer role, preferably within the private equity sector. Required technical proficiency: C# , SQL , Oracle , and the .NET framework. Proven track record of supporting, maintaining, and enhancing business‑critical applications. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a strong client‑service orientation.
