As we grow, we’re seeking experienced 360 recruiters who are serious about driving revenue, growing their client base, and contributing meaningfully to a high-performance team. What You’ll Do Drive new business development and acquire new clients with hiring needs Build and nurture a strong pipeline of job orders and recruitment opportunities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement Deliver consistent results against individual and team sales targets Cultivate long-term client relationships based on trust, delivery, and professionalism Work collaboratively while maintaining a strong sense of individual ownership and discipline Who We’re Looking For Proven BD Success: You have a strong network of clients and a history of bringing in new business Sales-Driven & Self-Motivated: You set ambitious goals, thrive on commissions, and are fuelled by performance Disciplined & Responsible: You’re punctual, organized, and hold yourself to high standards of work ethic Adaptable & Resilient: You’re comfortable with change, feedback, and working in a lean, local SME environment Team-Oriented but Independent: You respect processes and structure, but are confident working autonomously Considerate & Respectful: You contribute to a healthy, respectful work culture where people take care of shared spaces and each other Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on business development CEI-certified and Degree holder preferred Familiarity with Singapore’s employment landscape and recruitment trends Able to work from our Singapore office (non-remote role) What We Offer Competitive base salary + transparent, performance-based commission Supportive, no-nonsense work environment where contributions are valued Clear career growth path based on performance and ownership Respect for your time—overtime is not the norm unless the job truly calls for it If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, stay focused, and build a career in recruitment, we’d love to meet you.
