Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant End-to-End Talent Solutions: Contracting & Permanent Industry: Marine / Crewing / Transportation About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on the Marine and Transportation sector. This is a pivotal role for someone with proven expertise in crewing, contracting, and permanent recruitment who can independently build, grow, and manage a recruitment desk. Key Responsibilities Establish and develop a recruitment desk within the Marine industry, covering both crewing and permanent placements. Proactively source, identify, and engage with high-caliber candidates across marine and transportation functions. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored recruitment solutions that address their workforce needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job briefings, candidate search, screening, interviews, and offer management. Drive business development activities to grow client accounts and expand market presence. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities within the marine industry. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services. Requirements Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience , with at least 2 years in the Marine, Shipping, or Transportation industry. Crewing, contracting, and/or permanent recruitment. Experienced in 360 Recruitment. Strong knowledge of crewing, contracting, and permanent staffing solutions. Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently in building and managing a recruitment desk. Entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative to create business opportunities and develop client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A team player with the ambition to succeed and grow within the organization.
