The Credit Maintenance Intermediate Analyst is responsible for capturing and recording data on credit exposures, obligors, and facilities in relevant credit systems. The objective is to coordinate and maintain data quality, monitor and report credit exposure, escalate deficiencies, and recommend strategies in alignment with overall credit policies. Core Responsibilities: Maintain data of relations and facilities in credit systems and enter data accurately in auxiliary credit systems Consult with Relationship Managers to formalize requests for credit facilities or raise problems to the appropriate organizations Detect trends in the process of limited control to assess credit needs, operations, or system problems Maintain accurate controls and insurance records, ensuring timely follow-ups and renewals of insurance required for equipment and team responsibility Prioritize and process incoming credit applications, verifying accuracy and integrity, and register them in the database accurately and timely Monitor limits versus exposure and scale exceptions detected by policy Aid important portfolios and apply professional decisions when interpreting information and results Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Requirements: 2-5 years of relevant experience Experience in business preferred Working knowledge of industry standards and practices Working knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies Demonstrated analytical skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
