Location: Clarke Quay office

Hours: Monday to Fridays, office hours

If you're passionate about contributing to public service and enjoy meaningful conversations, this role offers the opportunity to support national research efforts that inform Singapore’s social and economic policies. You will be part of a team that handle inbound enquiries and conducting structured interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries through calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Guide respondents through survey completion, addressing questions and providing clarification as needed
  • Conduct survey interviews via phone and assist individuals who require follow-up to complete their responses
  • Identify inconsistencies in responses and apply appropriate questioning to clarify
  • Interpret survey questions and explain their intent to support respondent understanding
  • Ensure project timelines and key performance indicators are met

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of call centre experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office or similar systems
