Assistant Accounting Manager I Hybrid Work Mode (2 – 3 days / Week WFH) Job Highlights: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) Hybrid work model Good benefits and incentives, including medical & insurance benefit Annual leave starts with 15 days, up to a maximum 30 days Exam and Study leave with conditions apply Friendly and positive working environment & work life balance Great career advancement and opportunities Responsibilities: Able to prepare full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis for different types of companies and businesses Oversee and prepare payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy in salary computations, statutory deductions, CPF contributions, and compliance with Singapore's employment laws Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns for our clients Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and be able to liaise with IRAS if necessary Supervise, review, and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and corrections where necessary to ensure high‑quality and efficient work Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction with the accounting services provided Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and overall client service Any other duties/tasks as assigned Requirements: Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at least 5 years of relevant working experience Work experience in a CPA firm would be an added advantage Experience in handling various industries accounting will be an added advantage Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software e.g. MYOB, AUTOCOUNT, XERO Must be initiative, multi‑tasking, work independently, hardworking and meets tight deadlines Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) Immediate available is preferred Singaporean Rewards you deserve: Attractive remuneration package plus overtime commission Medical and insurance coverage Collaborate with a strong, dynamic team Working side by side with talented individuals Always new and exciting projects Office in the CBD area Career advancement Benefits: Annual Leaves, Birthday Leave, Exam and Study Leave, Company Anniversary Leave, CPF, AWS, etc. Others: Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 9.00am to 4.00pm (Friday) P.S.: Our office is located at 1 Raffles Place, #20-02 One Raffles Place Tower 1, Singapore (nearest MRT station: Raffles Place) We offer an attractive salary package, a year‑end bonus, and a medical fringe benefit to the right candidates.
