We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt assistance and support, addressing their inquiries, orders, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Customer Support : Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and helpful manner, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Order Processing : Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, track shipments, and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively. Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of our fresh flower inventory, including various types of flowers, seasonal availability, and pricing. Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and personalised assistance. Problem Resolution : Handle customer complaints or escalations effectively, investigating the issue, and finding suitable resolutions. Liaise with internal departments, such as quality control or operations, to address customer concerns promptly and ensure continuous improvement. Database Management : Maintain accurate customer records, update contact information, and track interactions in our ERP system. Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using ERP software and other relevant tools. Knowledge of fresh flowers, floral industry, or horticulture is advantageous. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.
