Location: CapitaSky, Singapore 068897

Shift Timing: Monday - Friday (Tentatively 8.30am - 6pm)
A frontline employee responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and employees within the office space, acting as the primary point of contact for building operations, managing visitor experiences, ensuring a positive workplace environment and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations, all while upholding company's brand image and values

Contract Period: ASAP till 31 May 2026
Location: CapitaSky, Singapore 068897
Shift Timing: Monday - Friday (Tentatively 8.30am - 6pm)
A frontline employee responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and employees within the office space, acting as the primary point of contact for building operations, managing visitor experiences, ensuring a positive workplace environment and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations, all while upholding company's brand image and values
Operational Tasks
Maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Space Management
Monitoring office utilization, managing room bookings, and coordinating office moves.
Communication
Communicating important updates and announcements to employees and clients, acting as a liaison between different departments.
Employee Experience
Supporting employee needs by providing information on office amenities, coordinating events, and gathering feedback to improve workplace experience.
Client Service
Addressing client inquiries and requests promptly, resolving issues related to facilities, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
Front-of-house Management
Welcoming visitors, providing directions, managing reception area, and ensuring a professional appearance of the office space.
Requirement
High level of communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Prior experience with event activities experience is an advantage
