Overview

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered. You will be a valued member of our world-class Partnerships team, identifying and managing strategic partnership opportunities while considering the long-term sustainability and success of our products. This high‑impact role requires an astute individual with the ability to evaluate both tangible and intangible aspects of potential partnerships.

Our Partnerships team engages with global partners and esports organizations to support brand growth, product initiatives and tournament collaborations.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize and execute launch and partnership plans for assigned Special Edition product lines while considering long-term sustainability and success.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to develop campaigns for new and existing Special Edition product lines.
  • Identify potential sponsorship/partnership opportunities, manage existing partnerships, analyze efficacy, and provide strategic recommendations aligned with project goals.
  • Structure and negotiate terms on partnership agreements.
  • Define performance metrics and track deliverables for internal/external reporting.
  • Create partnership content campaigns for the Marketing Communications and Visuals teams.
  • Support commercial decisions for products (growth, profitability, forecasting, pricing) and drive execution with autonomy as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the fast-paced esports landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Product Marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of and passion for the gaming, pop culture, and esports industries.
  • Intrapreneurial thinking—driven, versatile, initiative and results-oriented.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective presentation and deck preparation (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to work independently with initiative and as a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
