About the RoleWe are seeking a Channel Partnership Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners (e.g., financial institutions, fintechs, payment aggregators, and enterprise solution providers) to expand our cross-border payments business.
Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential channel partners aligned with company growth strategy.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commercial models, and contracts.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive transaction volumes and revenue.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and mutual growth.
- Track, measure, and report partner performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, compliance, operations) to deliver partnership success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting partnerships.
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Strong track record in building and managing B2B partnerships across Southeast Asia and/or Hong Kong.
- Familiarity with cross-border payments, remittances, FX, or transaction banking products.
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, or Cantonese is a plus.
