We seek strong performers who deliver integrated media solutions while managing day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization and reporting to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Media Director in delivering high client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Lead day-to-day running of the account with clients and agency partners
  • Drive relationships at appropriate levels within client organizations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital channels and understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking and SEO
  • Manage social, search and/or programmatic campaigns (setup, strategy development, organization and management)
  • Create strategies and make recommendations based on analytics, marketing and research concepts
  • Manage daily workflow of all client campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including creative agencies and media owners
  • Organise and delegate, addressing reporting needs across buying and planning issues
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue from existing relationships and leverage cases to create new opportunities
  • Assist in mentoring and developing team members
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a media agency
  • Conversant with digital media; hands-on experience with technology platforms, with a focus on CPAs campaigns preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written or oral)
  • Strong understanding of media terminology and concepts
  • Commercial acumen, attention to detail and numeracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in mentoring and managing junior planners/executives
