With a focus on authentic flavors, impeccable service, and seamless execution, we are seeking an experienced Catering Manager with a strong background in Indian cuisine to lead our catering division and ensure exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities Oversee all catering operations for Indian cuisine-from initial client inquiry to event execution. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors. Create customized menus and proposals in collaboration with the culinary team based on client needs and event type. Coordinate logistics, staffing, equipment, transportation, and on-site execution for catering events. Ensure authentic and consistent presentation of Indian dishes across a variety of regional styles (North, South, Mughlai, vegetarian, etc.). Manage catering budgets, pricing, food costs, and profitability. Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. Conduct site visits, tastings, and client meetings as required. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed at all catering events. Handle client feedback and post-event follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in catering management, preferably with a strong focus on Indian cuisine. Solid knowledge of Indian food traditions, ingredients, and regional variety. Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multi-course Indian catering. Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and client service skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on event schedules. Valid driver's license and/or willingness to travel to event sites as needed. Food safety and hygiene certification preferred.
