Job Description
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives in the media & agency industry.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimise financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies and profitability improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure robust internal controls are in place across all financial operations.
  • Support the leadership team with strategic financial insights and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial management within the services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
