Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing the professional careers of artists, celebrities, and influencers as a Talent Manager / Celebrity Manager. Your role will involve developing and implementing career strategies, securing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and addressing day-to-day client needs. Acting as the primary liaison between the talent and the industry, you will ensure the growth of their brand, image, and career across various entertainment, media, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities- Career Management & Strategy
- Creating long-term career strategies based on individual client goals.
- Identifying growth opportunities in film, TV, music, digital, events, and endorsements.
- Offering guidance on brand positioning, public image, and professional decisions.
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Identifying and finalizing commercial deals such as endorsements, appearances, collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with brands, casting directors, media platforms, production houses, and PR agencies.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and emerging opportunities in entertainment and digital media.
- Contract Negotiation & Administration
- Leading contract negotiations with brands, agencies, and production companies on behalf of talent.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations, including rights, royalties, and deliverables.
- Scheduling & Logistics
- Managing daily schedules, shoot calendars, media interactions, and travel logistics.
- Supervising bookings, appointments, rehearsals, and promotional events.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all professional engagements.
- Brand Management & Public Relations
- Collaborating with PR and digital teams to handle media coverage and social media strategy.
- Working on content strategy, influencer campaigns, and public appearances.
- Monitoring public perception and managing any reputation risks or crises.
