Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager will lead the development of high-impact collaborations that extend our reach, unlock new client segments, and create measurable business outcomes. This role spans the full partnership lifecycle – from identifying and negotiating strategic alliances to delivering joint initiatives with measurable ROI.

You’ll work across wellness brands, clinical organisations, insurers, and corporate health programmes, ensuring every partnership strengthens LLMG’s brand, drives client acquisition, and enhances our service ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and secure partnerships with complementary brands, specialists, medical institutions, insurers, and corporate wellness providers.
  • Design partnership models including co-marketing, bundled offers, joint content, and referral agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, ensuring mutual value creation.

Affiliate & Referral Programmes

  • Develop and launch structured referral and affiliate programmes for clinics, practitioners, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Build incentive models, training resources, and co-branded assets to support partner onboarding.

Co-Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and deliver joint initiatives such as events, webinars, wellness retreats, or product bundles.
  • Manage campaign timelines and assets in collaboration with marketing, clinical, and partner teams.

Event & Industry Engagement

  • Represent LLMG at health, wellness, and longevity events to strengthen industry presence.
  • Host or co-host signature events that position LLMG as a leader in advanced personalised health.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate partner CRM and track leads, conversions, campaign reach, and ROI.
  • Deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Build a vetted partner pipeline of at least 20 high-value prospects within 6 months.
  • Drive 15–20% of annual marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) from partnership channels by end of year one.
  • Launch and scale a referral/affiliate programme with 30+ active partners in year one.
  • Deliver a minimum of 4 major co-marketing campaigns annually.
  • Create an internal partnership playbook covering outreach, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer/affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record in securing and managing commercial partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in wellness, health tech, or consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and partnership management tools.
  • Background in launching and managing affiliate/referral programmes.
