Responsibilities Process Discovery & Mapping Conduct structured interviews and workshops with key business users and our Netsuite Analysts to capture current-state business processes. Analyze and document all core Netsuite-enabled workflows (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) as they are currently performed in our global, multi-subsidiary environment. SOP & BPMN Documentation Author clear, detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all documented processes, using a consistent format. Create accurate Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams to visually represent process flows, handoffs, and system interactions. Ensure all documentation accounts for variations in process due to our multi-subsidiary and multi-currency operations. Template & Framework Development Design and build a set of standardized documentation templates that our internal team can use to maintain documentation after the contract ends. Establish a logical repository and naming convention for all documentation. Ensure the documentation structure is prepared to integrate with our Change Management process. Structure all documentation with clear, consistent headings and formats to make it "AI-ready" (e.g., optimized for ingestion into tools like NotebookLM for advanced search and summarization). Knowledge Transfer Organize and present final documentation to the IT team and business stakeholders. Provide a handover to the Application Manager and Netsuite Analysts, ensuring they understand the documentation structure and how to maintain it. Provide guidance and recommendations on a cost-effective solution or process for managing this documentation long-term. Qualifications & Experience Required 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Technical Writer with a strong focus on Netsuite. Proven, hands-on experience creating detailed SOPs and BPMN diagrams for complex ERP workflows. Deep understanding of standard Netsuite business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) in a global, multi-subsidiary, and multi-currency context. Excellent interviewing, facilitation, and active-listening skills. Ability to work independently, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality documentation. Expert-level proficiency in collaborative tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and process mapping software. Preferred Experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment. Netsuite certification (SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant). Experience in training users or developing training materials. Familiarity with corporate intranet platforms like LumApps for content dissemination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
