Key Responsibilities A. Security, Risk & Compliance Access Control: Manage and maintain all Netsuite roles and permissions based on the principle of least privilege. Access Conflict Management: Identify and assist in remediating access conflicts within user roles to mitigate business and fraud risk. Access Reviews: Support and document regular (quarterly/bi-annual) user access reviews in collaboration with department heads and the Application Manager. Authentication: Manage and support our Google Workspace integration for Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring secure user authentication. Audit Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for all internal and external audits related to Netsuite, providing evidence for access controls, change management, and data security in line with industry standards. B. System Administration & Performance Perform daily administration of our complex, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency Netsuite environment. Monitor system performance and logs; proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Manage Netsuite release previews, sandbox environments, and regression testing to ensure business continuity during upgrades. Manage all features, settings, and configurations to optimize the platform for our manufacturing and service operations. C. Master Data Management & Integrity Support business units with the creation and maintenance of critical master data (e.g., Items, Customers, Vendors, Chart of Accounts). Implement and manage controls to prevent duplicate records and ensure data accuracy. Oversee data import processes (CSV imports) to ensure data integrity. Build reports and saved searches to monitor data quality and support business needs. Implement data quality checks and cleansing procedures. E. Team & User Support Act as a senior point of technical escalation for our team of Netsuite Analysts, providing guidance and advanced support. Partner with our Data Analyst and Senior Finance Analyst to ensure they can rely on Netsuite as the "source of truth" for reporting. Develop documentation and training materials, potentially leveraging our LumApps (intranet) and Cloud Assess (LMS) platforms. Qualifications & Experience Required 7+ years of experience as a Netsuite Administrator. Netsuite Certified Administrator. Demonstrable experience managing a complex, global, multi-subsidiary, and multi-currency Netsuite instance. Deep expertise in Netsuite’s security model, including roles, permissions, and access controls. Proven experience in managing Netsuite data, including master data governance and CSV imports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multilingual organization. Preferred Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment. Direct experience with or knowledge of information security standards. Experience with integrated systems such as CRM, ETL/Datawarehouse, or Google Workspace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
