Main Duties Establish and facilitate/manage a working group of cross‑functional members to agree and align on the direction of the capability in the Bank’s operational and strategic context. Organise and plan the work components necessary to deliver key aspects of the capability. Lead the developing of the capability roadmap in the medium term and define business requirements in the immediate term. Establish the artifacts of the Client onboarding and KYC. Requirements Experienced in the Private Banking front office context and business integration needs for successful implementation. Keen grasp of project management tools and concepts and practitioner of organized change / principle‑based design and issue‑based problem solving. Meticulous, conscientious with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines/targets.
