As a Technical Services Manager, you will play a critical role in driving success by combining technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and client relationship skills. You will oversee technical delivery, guide teams, and act as a trusted advisor to various clients. By ensuring alignment between client needs and technical solutions, you will contribute to the excellence of the technology business unit.

Responsibilities Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide career development support, and ensure team members are equipped for success.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide hands-on guidance in software development, system architecture, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Review and evaluate designs, code, and system architectures to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Client Collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, addressing challenges, managing escalations, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between client requirements and technical delivery.
Best Practices & Delivery Excellence
  • Establish and promote best practices for development, architecture, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee technical project delivery and coordinate with business units to address challenges and meet regional commitments.
Technical Expertise
  • Leverage proficiency in one or more of the following areas: cloud platforms (AWS), databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL), operating systems (Linux/Windows), Java frameworks, or DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software development, architecture, and SDLC best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and managing technical teams.
  • Exceptional client-facing and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance people management responsibilities with hands-on technical delivery.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, databases, operating systems, Java frameworks, or DevOps tools.
  • Experience with Anti-Money Laundering/Fraud solutions or similar platforms.
  • Background in vendor professional services or delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry.
