As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officer (CSO) works within a CSO team under the responsibility of a Team Coordinator CSO (CCSO). His team works with a specific Wealth Management Zone. The role supports one or several Relationship Managers (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their client portfolios.

He/she holds a key relationship position and contributes to the quality of the Bank's image. He/she acts as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators, and the clients.

He/she masters the bank’s operations, organization, and specificities. He/she contributes to ensuring compliance with regulations, deontology, and to the control of financial, counterparty, and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the link between the client and the bank’s operational departments.
  • Supports the RM by executing daily and occasional activities, assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Masters the bank’s mechanisms and internal procedures, ensuring full compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct and Procedures.

Analysis, development, and evaluation activities:

  • Monitors client relationships managed by the RM.
  • Works in full compliance with the bank’s code of conduct and established procedures.

Organization, management, and realization activities:

  • Manages and processes cases, files, archives, and schedules.
  • Handles client accounts, registers orders (securities transactions, transfers, check-cashing, cash control, fiduciary deposit renewals), and verifies their proper execution.
  • Manages the administrative and IT aspects of opening and closing client accounts.
  • Prepares RM business trips and FA renewals.

Contact, communication, and relationship activities:

  • Establishes and maintains quality relationships with clients (external and internal).
  • Ensures telephone contacts are recorded, client identification is verified while respecting confidentiality, and conducts independent call-backs.
  • Prepares for client meetings, including necessary documents and checklists.
  • Receives clients for document delivery.
