Job DescriptionYou will support the nightly guest service operations, ensuring smooth accounting processes at the serviced residence. Your role is to create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters resident satisfaction and provides a 'home away from home'. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
- Make and confirm reservations
- Respond to queries via walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests
- Manage cash floats during your shift and ensure they are balanced at shift end
- Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on discrepancies
- Accurately record all financial transactions during your shift
- Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and reconciliation
- Record and address residents' complaints and feedback, performing service recovery as needed
- Perform end-of-day procedures and generate daily reports
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
