Job Description
You will support daily guest service operations in our serviced residence, creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures residents’ satisfaction and a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
- Attend to all residents at the Front Desk
- Issue apartment access key cards
- Address and anticipate residents' queries and needs
- Recommend nearby amenities, attractions, and assist with travel, tours, and restaurant reservations
- Manage residents’ accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system
- Perform simple bookkeeping
- Make and confirm reservations
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Respond to queries via walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests
- Record and handle resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
- Convey messages promptly to residents
- Safeguard cash and residents’ valuables and belongings
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
