We’re looking for a driven and client-focused professional to join our team as an Account Manager (Events) , where you’ll take the lead in managing key client relationships, driving impactful projects, and growing new opportunities. If you thrive in the fast-paced world of live MICE events, excel at turning challenges into solutions, and want to be part of a passionate team shaping Singapore’s most exciting events, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own accounts and lead planning for client projects
  • Be the client's main point of contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and AVL to craft solutions for clients' business and brand objectives
  • Develop account plans and new business pitches with BD support to actively grow opportunities
  • Forecast client account and project revenues; actively seek revenue-enhancing opportunities
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and client intelligence
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in live MICE events
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM, budgeting, and project tracking tools
  • High responsiveness, solution-oriented mindset, strong written and verbal communications
  • Must be able to manage 5–8 concurrent clients independently
