About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FIG Director to lead and expand Liquidity’s institutional relationships across Asia and GCC. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on building strong partnerships with financial institutions and driving capital commitments across funds and structured credit vehicles. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fundraising and structured finance, with deep knowledge of private capital markets and strong existing relationships in the region.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising: Source and secure LP commitments from Asia-based investors (banks, institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices) across debt, equity, and structured credit strategies.
• Structuring: Develop and execute tailored investment solutions across multiple strategies.
• Investor Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing GPs and strategic partners globally.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing and fund accounting teams to develop investor materials and customized presentations.
• Market Intelligence: Share insights, best practices, and trends related to fundraising and institutional investor strategies.
• Compliance: Stay informed on regulatory and legal developments impacting fundraising and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of raising significant capital from institutional investors.
• Strong knowledge of private capital markets (credit and equity).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment management, or a related financial institution.
• Strong network and existing relationships within the Asian financial community.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with a record of academic and professional excellence.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
