The Role: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in Singapore is a dynamic hybrid role: managing retail operations with an entrepreneurial marketing and community-building mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver commercial performance.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  • Manage local Junction & retail marketing calendar.
  • On time and on budget delivery of all brand and product launches.
  • Process improvement of retail marketing, including visual merchandise/point-of-sale/product launches/community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Retail & Store Operations: Assist with day-to-day store operations, support effective inventory management, sales & performance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Train, develop, and coach staff, step into Store Manager role when needed.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Ambassadorship: Deliver exceptional customer service, engage directly with customers.
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: Maintain visual merchandising standards, refresh store layout.
  • Retail Marketing, Community & Partnerships: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store and off-site brand activations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in retail management or ASM role, preferably in lifestyle, premium, or experience-driven retail.
  • Skills: Team collaborator & team leader, open communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Marketing & Community Aptitude: Experience or interest in community programming, events, partnerships, marketing activations.
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for cycling, sustainable urban mobility, or active lifestyle brands is a plus.
