Responsibilities: People Management Recruit and support retention initiatives for the store team in collaboration with the HR department. Ensure effective training and onboarding for new hires, partnering closely with the Store Manager on training plans and objectives. Conduct performance reviews regularly, offering constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement. Organize daily briefings for the store team and manage staff schedules based on sales trends to optimize resources. Drive store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and exceptional customer service. Communicate key performance indicators and sales goals to the team during briefings. Analyze competitor activities and sales data, proposing actionable strategies to the Store Manager. Foster strong relationships with customers and manage feedback to enhance the shopping experience. Operational Excellence Ensure store compliance with merchandising guidelines, maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Monitor inventory processes to minimize shrinkage and ensure accuracy, liaising with the Supply Chain team as needed. Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain financial integrity. Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail operations or sales management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven background in the retail, FMCG, or hospitality sectors is desirable. Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership skills and exceptional interpersonal communication capabilities. Customer-focused with a genuine passion for the retail industry.
